  1. Absolutely nothing

  2. Sleep all day.

  3. The day is spent cleaning the p**s out of the carpet in the corner and cleaning the sheets and bed due to loosing ones control after finishing off a kebab and a dozen fried dim sims on the way home.

It's not much fun but that's what I do for what it's worth.

  4. Sleep it off. Sweet, sweet sleep.

  5. If you  wake up with a hangover?

Taken all the advice above and still feel like someone's dropped a ton of concrete on your head?

Well here's what to do (and what not too do) to make yourself feel a tad better...

    Fry-up

After a hard night's boozing, your digestive system is under a lot of strain, so bacon, sausages and the works may cause indigestion, but fat contains lots of calories, so you will get a much-needed energy boost.

And eggs and meat are rich in the amino acid, cysteine, which is thought to be good at clearing out toxins.

    So does it work?

Yes-ish, but it wouldn't hurt to get some of the food grilled.

    Painkillers

To be honest you're better off avoiding painkillers altogether if you can.

If you desperately need to take a painkiller, take in moderation. But be aware that aspirin and ibuprofen may irritate your stomach.

Paracetamol gives your liver even more work to do. And since you've already spent the night giving your liver a good solid kicking, popping pills should never be seen as the easy option.

    Hair of the dog?

There is scientific evidence to prove this works, but only in the short term!

While your body is busy dealing with a new intake of booze, it suspends its torture until you're done drinking again - and then it's back to hangover h**l.

So basically by doing this you're just avoiding the inevitable, so don't bother!

    Caffeine

Some people swear by a can of coke, cup of tea or black coffee. However, these will only make you feel better for a short time.

A hangover is a sign of dehydration... caffeine causes dehydration… ER, work it out dude!

It's a combination destined to make your head hurt.

    Water

    As above.

You're hungover because you're dehydrated. Water combats dehydration. Bingo!

So, if you din't drink water before crashing out, then drink a pint of water every hour of the day.

    Fruit Juice

The best sort is freshly squeezed and works because it replaces lost vitamins.

The fruit sugar boosts your energy levels and may help your body get rid of toxins.

If it feels too acidic, water it down, add it to a smoothie with banana and yoghurt, or try less acidic vegetable juice.

    Sleep

Try to get as much sleep as possible. Your body is working extra hard to rectify the mess you've made of your internal organs. This will make you sluggish.

If your banging headache's not keeping you awake - go back to sleep!... so your poor neglected body doesn't have as much work to do.

  6. drink loads of water and i dont know if you know these re-hydration salts stuff that you get at pharmacies but they help loads.

  7. 1/4 pounder w/cheese and fries and a Dr. pepper.  Works good for me.

  8. Usually when I'm hungover, I'll just sleep it off and drink some water. Here's an aritcle though with lots of ideas for you...Hope it helps!

  9. Drink More Alcohol x

  10. Be Hungova

  11. i do nothing because i dont get but them but here is a fool proof way not to get hangovers

no its not the useual"dont drink"    it is .... the night before  start of drinking slowly then thru the night get graduly fast and then u wont have a hangover !  never failed me yet and i drink a lot haha

  12. Moan about how I'll never drink so much again.

  13. a beer makes me feel better, or if thats just too much then a ginger beer - and s*x, its great when hungover.

  14. Try throwing up the next time you're drunk so you're sure not to have a hangover. And like that other person said, drink water... i guess.

  15. Full can of ice cold coca cola in one sitting, caffiene sooths the head, acid in the coke sooths the stomach, I have used it myself and it does work, but only genuine coke, not cheap immitations.

  16. Puke my guts out then eat something extremly plain like crackers or soup. Tell my bf Im mad at him for letting me drink so much so he has to take care of me until Im better. Promise him Ill never drink that much again. Repeat until Monday Morning.

  17. Eat lots of greasy food such as mac donalds or a full english breakfast (if you know what that is!). Ibuprofen to take down the swelling an d orange juice to refresh and nurish you. Above all try to lie down and take it easy for a while and keep the fluids down no matter how sick you feel! Good luck (: xx

  18. Eat and m********e.  In that order.

  19. You know what always helps me is lemon juice. Its weird yea but if you love sour stuff then it should be no problem. Get a tall drinking glass and pour 3/4s of lemon juice in it and fill it up with water. Try it.

  20. Pepto Bismal, Advil, RedBull and Dramamine.

No stomach, no head, no tired, no dizzy.

  21. Drink plenty of water!!!

  22. A hangover is caused by swollen blood vessels in your brain.  Drinking tomato juice will shrink those blood vessels and relieve your headache.

  23. Eat and m********e! comment of the week.

  24. Agreed, eat something and then get laid... preferably with a little help from a friend. (Not sure about those others who posted before me!)

Eat something greasy, hamburger, pizza or my favourite... bacon and egg roll with BBQ sauce + coke with plenty of water. Once you've lined your stomach with grease, pop a couple of Berocca's (vitamin B tablets) and an aspirin.

Tap your partner on the shoulder, get the job done and then nod of to sleep et viola. CURED.

  25. Swear never, ever to drink alcohol again.

Then go down the pub for a hair of the dog!

  26. when i was a bit younger i'd just get up and get on with the day. now i just stay in bed or move as slowly as poss without shaking my head

  27. eat carbs, pasta, bread, drink water, gatorade, or ginger ale

  28. take some aspirin, keep hydrated (although drinking a lot of water can bloat you which is not a good idea), drink something sparkling, like ginger beer which is good for settling your stomach, burn some lavender oil or rub it into your temples, take a shower or have a bath, but make sure the water isn't too hot because it is likely to make you nauseous, kick back, put on your favourite movie and SLEEP IT OFF haha. oh and only eat things like toast or plain rice.. nice and dry. anything too rich or flavoursome might make it worse.

    good luck!

  29. Before you go to sleep drink lots of water and it will hydrate you because alcohol dehydrates you.

  30. don't drink so much that you get hungover!  Prevention is the best medicine.  But if by some slip of judgment I do go overboard... I grab a bucket, close the drapes, dim the lights, lie down, drink lots of water, put in some ear plugs, when I feel like I am not going to blow oats any more, I will eat some greasy food, and remember not to do it again.

  31. Cold water in a bucket, shove your whole head under the water! Does the trick.

Otherwise, drink loads of water, take ibuprofen and try to sleep through it and long for the next day.

Also, have a run as you will sweat out a lot of the bad toxins you took in the night before - its a good one but I know that a difficult one to bring to mind as the last thing you want to do when you're tired sore and hungover is go outside and run!
