What do you do when you are pissed off?

Im so pissed i can barely talk.

i have no clue what to do.

i really need to calm down because i have stomach ulcers, so i need to know some ways to calm down.

here is what i will not do, i wont tell whoever is pissing me off to go sc_rew themselves, that will make me madder lol, i wont read, i dont have any new books, and i wont take a bath because i already took a shower.

please help!

and i already wrote in my diary.

  1. I just lock myself in my room, and sit there, or make a fist and squeeze as hard as I can, I listen to my ipod. Anything that doesn't involve me leaving my room basically.


  2. Screaming into a pillow has always helped me  :)

  3. some ways that keep me calm under pressure:

    1. do something mindless that you can focus on like watching cartoons or playing those simple Microsoft games or reading online comics

    2. if you play an instrument, play it till you're too tired to keep playing, even if you're just making stuff up (that's the best for me)

    3. bake something and use a fork instead of a mixer to blend everything. lots of semi-violent force turned into something productive and delicious, also becomes comfort food.

    4. go to postsecret.blogspot.com and your problems will take a backseat for a little while

    5. do some slow workout like pilates or yoga and make sure to breathe in rhythm with your motions

    6. squeeze a stuffed animal or pillow. rolling around in the process can help too

    7. Google your name or try to come up with a phrase Google can't find any results for

    8. make a list, any list, maybe even a list like this of things to do when you're mad

    9. clean. scrub. make your home sparkle. it'll wear you out and feel more comfortable when you're done

    10. look at some of your favorite pictures

  4. I play my piano. It helps to play something that expresses my feelings, although listening to angry music is more harmful than helpful. Running, or some kind of physical activity, helps me too. It lets me think and gives an outlet to that frustration.
