Today second time in my life i m sad

  3. Listen 2 ur fav music. that should help. And if your still sad then maybe you can call 1 of your friends and talk to them about it. they'll understand more than any of us on the internet. hope this helps. :]

  4. let urself be alone...think clearly...convince urself slowly that vat has happened will be passing over & think of all which makes you feel better & makes u feel closer to god.

    take slow breaths..relax ...think of all those around you!!!slowly you will feel urself relaxing!!

    try talking to a person who is very close to you & help you in clearing things out!!!GOOD LUCK!!!

    when i'm sad, i pressure myself to write poems or write to my diary.. that helps a lot.. sometimes, i just let it be and make it pass slowly and calmly..

  6. When i become sad and i don;t find the way, i call my father and told him all the situation i am living in right now. Though he does not live with me but talking to him makes me feel comfortable and make to overcome to that issue for temporary basis. But that talk helps me to gain confidence to fight and resolve that issue for whole life.

    ok..when i'm sad,i usually listen to my fav. songs or go through my photo albums..which is kinda refreshing and i get my good mood back!

Ring your mum, friend, sister etc. for a chat and or write in a diary or any book about how you feel.  Then write about how things could be worse.  Then write about the positive things in your life right now and things you might look forward to; one week, one month, two months from now etc.  It's ok to feel sad and have a cry sometimes, we all need to release our emotions. Reading an uplifting book and have a good nights sleep. :)

  18. i know a equation--if you shear happiness then it will spread and if u shear sadness then it will reduce.try find someone and shear Ur sadness.i think i can shear Ur sad if u tell me what happen?

    i like to be alone when m sad coz i tend to get irritated easily whenever someone talks to me.....tho i like to get some reassurance from my friends n family..

    nowdays whenever m sad i write it on a paper or diary n give it to my best friend....its easy to pen down ur feelings than telling it to someone....
