  1. Remember that this is the holiday season, and anything shipped in the last 2 weeks is most likely delayed due to the heavy volume of shipments.  Most carriers won't guarantee delivery dates (in December) on anything shipped ground, only the air products.  Give it a couple of days, and I'm sure it'll get there.

  2. If you paid with Paypal, you can file a payment dispute and usually paypal is pro-buyer...

    Good luck!

  3. First contact the seller and ask them how they shipped the item. Remember that sellers have no control over the post office. If they don't answer you within a few days feel free to contact Ebay about not receiving the item.

  4. Shipping stuff during the holidays always takes longer than you figure it will. I'd give it another week. Then send the seller an email -- a polite email.

  5. Contact the seller, make sure that it has been shipped. You should have a tracking number for the item, and should know how it's being sent (you should be able to find this information by logging on to your account). You can enter the tracking number of the shipping company's website and find out where it is, where it's been, and the times entering and leaving certain locations.

  6. send the seller a message asking them if they have sent the item yet and if you will be receiving it sometime soon.

since it is the holidays, things are being shipped all around nonstop.  the seller probably sent the item and its just taking awhile to get to your house.  you'll probably be getting the item sometime during this week

  7. Contact the seller
