What do you do when you cant get an erection?

i was at my girlfriends house the other night.. she wanted to have s*x.. but i couldnt get an erection... and when i would, it would quickly get soft again if i didnt jerk it around for more than 3 seconds... it would get soft extremely fast while i tried to put on a condom... what can i do so that this wont happen again.. or what can i do IF it happens again. thanks!

depends how old you are.. if you are 20-30.. see your doctor, you could have a problem that is affecting your ability to get an errection. it you are 40-above, you can see your doctor to get viagra to help.

You need to relax.  Fear and anxiety make it difficult to get sexually aroused.  This is one of those problems that goes away if you don't worry about it too much.  If you find you can't stop worrying, see a counselor.
