  1. you don't clear your head.

    when my older sister moved out i had horrible nights and i couldnt sleep because i was so nervous and i missed my sister so much. what i do is heat up a cup of milk to a little hotter then luke warm then i drink it because the enzimes in it make you fall asleep- thats what parents do to babies to get them to go to sleep.

  4. either put a dvd or play my computer until I'm tired or just text people I'm not the most energy saving person when it comes to nighttimes

  12. totally clear my mind and i got a eye mask with magnets in it to soothe tension....really works. most of the time its becaause you are thinking about too many things at once so your mind cant fully sht down....good luck with your sleep problem!!

    Its just so annoying.

    I get so angry with myself and i cry and ughh i hate it so much.

    It always happens to me and i always will be the same about getting annoyed.

    I try to read and clear my head but that never works...

    I try watching tv but thers never anything on at 4 in the morning...

    I just sit there counting sheep but that doesent work.

    For me..I have to wait until im ready =(

    stuff like memories, friends, family.... stuff lyk dat!

  16. i read somewhere that when u cant sleep try doing something like balancing ur checkbook or watching tv, then ur mind realizes u really do want rest and u fall asleep faster.
