What do you do when you feel anxiety coming on.?

i have gave my advice many times but yet i could still use some others info and encouragment to help thanks

  1. Turn to God (highest power) to help you, and put your trust in him. Realize that like many anxiety attacks before this you will also survive and good will come.

  3. hey. i usually try and run from it. but now i am going to fight it. i will not let it beat me. i started using bach rescue remedy and i think its starting to work. maybe its only psycological but i dont care. maybe u should do research on it and try it. life is too short to be putting up with this dont u think. be strong and u will get over it. believe in yourself. you are stronger than it. i know u can beat it and so will i.

  5. Stay calm and composed. Half the battle is won if you are able to recognize the pre anxiety symptoms. The key here is to closely observe the behavioral and thought pattern of the patient and keep a track of events or things that trigger off the anxiety attack. Once you have identified the events make conscious efforts to keep yourself adequately occupied and distracted to stay away from such events.
