    Depressed - Typical solution; pray. I find that it's the best resort of all.

  6. we have the same outlet/ diversion with let's-talk-now... when i'm lonely or depressed, i usually hit the road and go somewhere else. my car and i are the best buddies in the world.

    I also hit the gym whenever i feel like craving for certain food. After that,, i would feel too tired to be depressed. (i also talk to snoopy,,, my hamster)He is the only one who listens to me,, i might end up marrying him,, maybe,,

  13. Out to the mall on my own, does a little retail therapy, grab a coffee and a piece of cake. Go home, exercise and do a little yamming, watch TV and constantly psych myself that life is too short to sweat the small stuff.

    And hopefully, it won't take me too long to bounce back.

  15. I will go to Xanga and write down this feeling in my blog. Even though I make them as protected articles that no one can see what I write about, I feel much better just like putting down a heavy rock. Somtimes I'll go toYoutube to watch the music videos or just go to bed and sleep so that all the bad feeling will disappear after I wake up.

  17. Nothing much because I get a lot of it.  I just say 'this too will pass'  and continue w/ the daily grind.  Eventually, it does pass...then it returns.   It always comes full circle.  That is life.
