They are two beautiful wild cats and I see them now and then. I often leave a bowl of cat food out for them seeing as they have so many hungry kittens to cater for! They don't cause any problems but they will continue to breed and breed! Would I be able to keep any of them? I plan to call the RSPCA but I will be sad to see them go! Oh dear...

  1. I know the SPCA in San Diego CA would take them in , check them out and get them fixed and update their shots.  If they stay, they might live a long life or they might spread feline leukemia.  It is a tough choice to make.

  2. It has been shown that if you remove feral cats from the neighborhood, the other feral cats in the neighborhood will breed more due to less cats. (http://www.phsspca.org/SNiP/feral_cats.h... The best thing to do, which we have been doing in Phoenix, is to capture the 2 adult cats and have them spay and neutered, and then return them to your neighborhood. Kittens from feral adults can be tamed with patience. They should stay with the mother as long as they can, at least 7 weeks, if possible. Then, have the kittens spay and neutered as well. If you live in a larger city, there are organizations which will do this for a nominal fee, usually $20 per animal, sometimes it is free for feral cats. Check out the websites below for more information on this.

  3. i get the hose.

the world already has a billion cats

  4. Ya, call Animal Control (or the RSPCA, if your on THAT side of the pond); otherwise... tame them... not that hard, just time consuming.
