  1. stop and just bend over in pain.

  2. put my hand over the part it hurts and try to breath with my nose. Then I cover my mouth and try to get some hot air.

  3. Hold where it hurts and jog with minimal bopping (up and down). That will make it slightly better =)

  4. put ur hand on where it hurts and pull it up sort of. then keep it in that position while running

  5. Run through it. Pain is gain. Mind over matter. What doesn't kill you makes you stronger.

  6. The side that it hurts on, put that arm up over your head & with the other arm rub it & it will work itself out.

  7. For myself, I would hold the 'stitch' and try running to make it go away. I know it hurts badly but stopping will make you slow down a lot.
