What do you do when you just can't sleep.?

The last week or two I have been having the hardest time going to sleep, once I am asleep nothing can wake me, but its getting there that has be come the problem. I used to not have this problem either, and I can not think of anything in my life that has changed to add stress or anything like that....any going to sleep tips would be great! p.s. pills help yes but they make me cranky in the morning

  1. Milk works, if you have some leftover cold chicken in the refer will help.

    Eat some cheese, but then you will have to brush your teeth before bed again.

    And exercise really helps before you take your shower.
