I had a female best friend for years and we both realized that we were in love with each other a little while ago. It's a great feeling to be in love with someone you see as a best friend, but it does change the "friendship" part of the relationship.

Just be sure which is more important to you. If you gain a boyfriend, you will probably have to find a new "best friend". It is very hard, if not impossible to be a best friend to your bf or gf.

So Ive had a crush on my best guy friend for awhile now, but he has always had another gf, but recentally he and his gf broke up and I helped him through it. Then we were talking on myspace about how my mom loves him cause he is a good guy, and he told me he wanted to be more than friends with me. This happened on Labor day so ...yeah 2 days ago

so ur best bet it to do what he did but in reverse, just go for it, but make sure to tell them before hand that you do not want anything to go akward
