call a lock smith.take to a garage and have the door locks changed.They'll also have to change the igntion to match the door keys.

if you have no spare, call your dealership, give them make and model and vin # and for $ you can have them make you a new one.  It can be kind of expensive.  but it is better than nothing.  Try to backtrack where you were when you lost them, start looking everywhere, maybe someone stole them.  is that possible?  check out your friends.  Is your car in a garage?  I would keep an eye on it.
