See a doctor right away. I know its painful and irritating, but on the good side, the eye heals faster than any other part of the human body. See a doctor for sure and get some prescribed anti-biotic drops.

You need to see an ophthalmologist. In the meantime keep the eye protected with an eye patch. The eye doctor needs to see the cornea with a special lamp. then they will apply an antibiotic ointment and protect the eye with the patch for at least one day.
