  1. I'm a seller, but I really don't understand your question.

    Did you go through the dispute console so you would get a credit on the Final Value Fee? If so, it takes 2 weeks.

    Are you relisting an item?


  2. You need to file a Non Paying Bidder Report to notify eBay and as the previous poster said to possibily receive credit on your FVF.

    It's just a shame you can't slap them with negative feedback anymore now that they changed the rules.
