Question:

What do you do when you wake up in a funky mood, and just cant seem to shake it?

You know, you wake up cranky, on edge. As hard as you try you just cant shake it. Any tips appreciated.

  1. I have no choice but to go to work, so I let my co workers know upfront I am in a terrible mood...and usually someone at work will do something to help me get over it...if not, I stay quite and stay to myself..

    If at home...all man...I might just snap and get it all out of my system and then I would be fine..


  2. try to avoid making any important decisions, avoid doing more work than necessary (I'll probably just have to redo it tomorrow), go straight home after work and have a nice meal
