What do you do when you want a refund from a driving school

but they ask you what the reason is? i am having a bad experience with a driving instructor where he isn't very helpful and every time i call the office and ask them if i can have a refund or a different instructor they persist on asking me exactly why i have a problem with the instructor. even when i tell them the reason, they always have something to say against it...

so what do i do? i'm very sad about this =[

Send a registered return receipt letter with your request.  They can't ignore that.
