  1. My answer would get reported.  Ill give u a hint.  It starts with M.

  2. m********e dUHH!!!!!!! it helps calm you down honestly im not even kidding

  3. Aromatherapy absolutely works!  I swear by essential oils, not just for relaxing but for healing.  Lavender is one of my favorites.  You can use it "neat", which means you do not need to mix it with a base oil (such as grape seed, almond oil, etc.)  I usually put a few drops in a nice hot bath to relax and breath deeply.  For rejuvenation you can use a citrus oil, like lemon and put a couple of drops in a spray bottle with water and use it as a mist.  These are simple ones, there are recipes that mix oils together creating different scents and healing properties.  You can mix the oils with sea salts for your bath also, simple and good for your skin.

Make sure if you do use essential oils that they are 100%, some companies mix the oils with a base oil and other things.  Hope this helps!

  4. I take a bath! Bubble bath, I light candles around the tub & turn off the lights. You can actualy by products from Bath and Body works to pour in the bath that is suppost to calm you (aromatheopy). Sented candles are nice also!

  5. Smoke a cigar and listen to some soothing music. If you drink how about wine?

  6. I LIKE TO Take a shower to relax and cri to myself

  7. Drink chamomile tea. Rose and Jasmine come to mind to feel rejuvenated. I've purchased aromatherapy oils from spiritual guidance stores rather than online. That way I'm able to smell the product before buying. A scent may be good for one person, but not for another.  It sounds straight out of a movie, but if you take a bath, put rose petals in the water. The scent stays on your skin for a while and it's very refreshing.

  8. Meditate.

  9. In the am squeeze a half an organic lemon into a large glass of water with breakfast...drink it all down for a metabolic boost...to relax try meditation and smile lots...even for no reason and if u pay attention when u smile for no reason you will fill a good pleasant feeling momentarily!

  10. I love to have some friends over, smoke a few bowls out a bong, and watch a good movie.

But, if you dont smoke (which is totally fine) you should try making some tea using the Kava Kava herb. Its really relaxing and makes you feel really good, you can get it at any health food store. I would make some of that, and then read a book

  11. Take a bubble bath with candles and all the lights out!

  12. Meditation and biofeedback are great..tapes Cds focus your mind and body and lets you feel relaxed

  13. I have this incredible scalp massager from Chinaberry. It is made out of copper, and it has prongs that extend like a hand...   5 minutes is just heaven. I think it costs about $16, worth every penny.  I take a bath, spray lavender on the bedding, and try to just breathe, exhale & inhale to the count of 10.  And some classical music & a good book always helps.

  14. Exercise

  15. It's simple, really, but I lock myself in the bathroom, take a long bubble bath and read. Then when I get out I lather on the lotion and body spray. Then I give myself a pedicure. There have been times when I've been in the bathroom for hours...shaving my legs, waxing my eyebrows, soaking in the tub. I am a stay at home mom (youngest is 5) so my showers are usually rushed. I can't shave one whole leg without an interruption. I cherish the times my hubby takes over so I can lock that door! LOL

Honestly, Bath and Body Works makes all kinds of aromatherapy products. I use a lot of those. Different ones for different moods. I also use a lavender linen spray. Spritz it on the sheets right before bed and it's heaven.

  16. you should treat yourself to a day at the spa.. maybe even get a body wrap that makes you lose weight

  17. A warm bath with some good classical music is always nice.

Try some Aveeno bath and some epsom salt with a little alcohol this helps relax your body and heal any hurting parts of your body
