Ok. I have a Mac OSX 10.

it is sort of brand new.

well not really, its around 4 years old.

But anyways, I was restarting it today because iTunes needed to install a Security Update.. and... it died.

Like literally.

It won't turn on!!!! I mean, it does.. but it doesn't even start-up completely.

it just dies out.

Does ANYONE know how to resurrect my computer?!!!!?!??!?!?!!!

HELP!

S.O.S BECAUSE I'M S.O.L!!!!!

  1. Not a Mac user, but I would have imagined that there's some kind of rescue/recovery disk for the OS.  If you have an installation disk pop that in and it should have a facility.

Mind you, and not to appear snotty, but what I would do is install GNU/Linux ;)
