I understand the the "miranda warnings" only after a person is taken into "custody," and before any interrogations.

  1. You should talk with an attorney.

  2. Write a diary of the event.  Find witnesses.  Make a police report.  Read up on other cases. Go to a civil rights attorney

  3. Were you questioned before you were given the Miranda warning or after the warning and after you had invoked the right to remain silent?

Regardless, you need to speak with an attorney.
