What helps to get your motivated when you have 0 energy, and you have lots of things that need to get done?

  3. Well, I will chuck them aside and go relax.... perhaps a massage will helps....

  4. Energy drinks, I take a stacker 3 and it helps a lot. the extra caffeine is an eye opener.

  5. do it, then u can relax without anything on ur mind.  

  6. listen to music and put on a s**y outfit...this always makes me feel more energized!  Then, I have more energy to do all of the mundane tasks: cooking, cleaning, working, etc....

  7. Shoot some hooops, climb trees, Chill wit da chickens in my backyard that just sit there everyday and do nothing, look for snakes, do some push-ups, rob the nearby Wal-mart, go to mickey D's

    I decide what I can and cannot get away with procrastinating. If it's a bill that's due and I have to pay in person cause I've already procrastinated, I'll go pay it and knock off one or two chores I needed to do while out.

    I just believe in realistic goals for the day. I can tell when I've added too much to my basket.

    A good nap usually gives me a boost of energy. I hear they call them "Power Nap" !! I call it "lazy butt needs some recharge".

    I also don't drink coffee often, so a quick triple shot at Satrbucks seems to give me that quick blast into the stratosphere, until I drop like a meteor!

  9. 20 minute nap. Drink a cup of coffee before your nap, by the time the 20 minutes is up the caffeine will have kicked in and give you a bit of a push

    Another thing would be to make a list and tackle the smaller jobs first till you have the energy to get to the big ones. It still makes you feel like you are accomplishing something.

  11. Make sure I'm taking my iron tablets... I get anemia and feel down.  When I start to feel that way, I start on the tablets and soon have my energy back, not over night, but I didn't get anemic over night either.

  12. drive to Home Depot and hire a bunch of mexicans that are standing at the corner. They will do the work cheap.

  14. Nothing, just relax. That means your doing to much and your body needs a rest.

Honestly I take a power nap.  If you try to do things when you are so tired, nothing gets done right and you resent your whole day.  I actually get really depressed when I'm tired, so for me, it's totally worth stopping my day and getting some rest.  My only advice if you are not in a position to stop your day like I do, then just try to get a few more hours of sleep at night so you will have the energy to get through your day.
