When you just are sad, angry, all of that. We've all been through it, how do you deal with it?

  1. take  deep breath a let it go and get  therapy  


  2. when I feel sad simply I try to distract myself doing different things.for example I go to walk or call a friend and talk.Also I used to write in a diary my things it help me a lot.When I'm angry I try to relax myself with soft music and breath 20 times profoundly and slowly .I hope this help a little.good luck.

  4. Everything in your life you have attracted by the images that your holding in your mind. Life can be a very beautiful, wonderful experience. My life fell a part right in front of me just a year ago. I was sad, depressed, lonely, angry, and heart broken. You can rise from the storm believe me I know. Get a DVD called the The Secret by Rhonda Byrne... You can make it you are a successful person. Start out by loving yourself.


  5. I'm not sure why you think that your life is messed up,I will tell what help me,and I hope that maybe it can help you. First if you feel like crying all the time,find something that might take your mind off your troubles. When you feel angry sit down and try to figure out why your are angry,and if it is something that you can change,try to change it. I  have been suffering with depression since I was 9 years old,when one of my father's friends raped me,and I tried to deal with by myself. I an 54 years old and last year I asked my doctor for something to help me,she sent me to a councillorr and put me on Paxil,and I am feeling a little better,but the lady that I have been going to has told me that I have forgive the a*****e who raped me when I was 9 and she also said that I had to forgive my self.
