Well I think you should get your pool very dirty everyday, maybe one day he will learn that if he shows up for work dressed properly then the pool would stay cleaner! Oh yeah better have the fence guy come over and put up a privacy fence.

Hmmm... I'm assuming that you mean he's naked. If someone calls the police, given that he's your employee and he's in your yard, you might get in trouble as well. If you've got a decent fence, then I'd say watch worry free.
