  1. if you believe it was only a little nudge, use a marker or something to mark where it started, try to adjust it, in one direction at a time, sweeping motions, go slow, fine tuning a dish is a difficult process without a signal meter.

  2. have you considered the adoption agency?

  3. look at the dent proparly and compare with the shape of the ball. do some scientific tests. like a policeman using lwas of impact.

  4. knock him out with a sky dish!!!

  5. use a broom to reach it and gently push it in the direction your dish should be facing.prob down a bit if the ball hit it up the way.it shouldn't have moved too much.also check the black box with the connections is in properly as it can slip out too.

  6. http://www.screwfix.com/prods/27154/Elec...

  7. ha ha the same happened to us. get a ladder and a friend, one up the ladder slowly adjusting the dish, the other watching the tv and shouting when you get the best signal. good luck.

  8. you will need the dish realigned by an engineer.

  9. ring sky up, you can find their number on tv

  10. The dish should not move, if it is fixed properly. It is more likely to be the LNB (the device pointing at the dish), that has moved. You can, as suggested, wriggle it about yourself, to try and get a signal; checking it with the Sky's indicator, on your remote(services button). If no luck, you will have to get an engineer to sort it out.
