What do you do with a mean father?

my father is really mean but he is funny but mean!

like today, My dad, my younger brother (JJ)

So we were droping off my BFF Anna and my brother raced to the car (he trys to get in the front seat first) so when i got there........

Me: "Dad can sit in the front seat becuase JJ sat in the front seat here"

My dad: Well he got there first

Me: But when i am in the front seat you kick me off.

My dad: Well i guess i like him better.

then my brother started laughing

Isn't that mean. Trust me there are other times he was mean

Yes, it is mean. Even if it was *supposed to be funny* it was a harsh thing to do to your own child. Very immature. I hope you don't grow up and marry a guy who treats you like c**p because you learned to accept it as a kid. I'm sure you love your dad, but he needs his butt kicked. Does he favor him?

I have that problem going on but all you have to do is wait til your Eighteenth birthday and then you can get away or you can tell your mom. Because half the time she'll yell at him for you.

Oh my god I can relate to this...my dad does this to me.

Like when I go turn the tv on in the kitchen and watch a show, my sister comes downstairs and like tries to change it....and I grab the remote from her, and my dads like "hey, no fighting with your sister, walk away." and im like "but i got here first, everytime she gets here first you kick me off, and let her watch tv."  but he never cares and just let her wins.....I'm 15, shes 10...god my dad is always favoring her over me....

Yeah it is mean, my dad is the king of these sibling stunts.....he just lets my younger sister get her wayyy....godd...but hey maybee with your dad its a guy thingg...he likes to favour his son....maybee u did something in the past that gives him this long-lasting impression of you and makes him do this stuff...well I dont know, I'm just sayingg.....dadss aree.....uhhhhh...loll (:
