These neighbors have done everything to annoy my and family and me.

I have called the police on them twice. I have called security on them 4 times and they are still here!!!!

They litter right outside of my windows, they run in the morning and when we start making noise downstairs they keep completely quiet.

There are 6 adults and 1 child up there.

I have talked to the apartment manager 2 times about them but they don't get an eviction notice.

I am at my wit's end. I have talked to them personally and they are still being rude, dirty, and loud.

WHAT CAN I DO???????

  1. 1.)  Move

    2.) Be just as annoying

  2. After all of that you have two choices:  Move or nothing at all.

If they haven't been thrown out yet, they won't be.  If talking to them hasn't changed their behavior then nothing will.  So, your only two choices are live with it or live elsewhere.

  3. You called the police twice, security 4 times, and the apartment manager twice? For littering, running in the morning, and keeping completely quiet when you make noise?

I'd say it's them who needs to get rid of you.

They still aren't doing anything that warrants legal action, unless the lease specifies certain quiet hours. And even then, they probably wouldn't be evicted. More likely, the apartment manager would refuse to renew their lease.

But like the others have said, either live with it or leave it. You are not legally required to be their neighbor.

  4. Throw a couple of crak pipes in their window and call da' cops.

  5. Basically nothing, they aren't breaking any laws  and if they haven't gotten any form of disciplinary action taken on them then they probably wont. Sorry, looks like you're stuck
