What do you do with the build a bear workshop before putting the heart in?

I know theres kiss..keeping it warm & tummy rubing & turning around 3 time??

Does anyone know the exact thing they do ?

you make a wish too, basically the back is pre sewn but loose and they just tighten the stitching and tie the bear's stitching shut as if you would when making a real teddy bear well sort of, you use things like wooden spoon handles to distruibute the fluff and stuff and I used a giant needle on parts of the bear like making a head that can turn on a plastic piece designed to make the bears head turn.
