Mine are loud and jingle quite a bit. I don't have tight pockets. I don't have anywhere outside my door to leave them. I don't have anything better to do than to ask this question to a pack of e-strangers that I somehow have grown to trust...

  1. i have one of those necklace key holder thingys that i use when i jog/bike ride, you can leave spare keys locked safely inside car/home just keep the few you may need.... hope this helps oh and if you leave any important keys in your car just hide them under the seat.... same with any other valuables, out of sight out of mind ;-D

  2. I have a camel pack - it clips around my waist, has a water bladder with  hose that clips to my running vest so I don't have to stop to drink but can sip as I run. The pack has a secure zippered pocket that holds keys and a couple of outside pouches that hold granola bars or whatever munchies you want to have at the end of your run.

Before I got this unit, I had a little pouch that fit under the laces of my running shoe and was velcro'd securely in place. Any runner's shop has them and they aren't expensive.

  3. usually you will only need 1 or 2 keys to get into your car or home.  what I do is take the needed keys off the key chain and tie the key with my shoe laces and tuck it into my laces.  keys are real light so I dont feel the weight.  if you have 2 keys ... put one on each shoe.
