  1. i have a giant wall of them in my room. i have like 15 pairs in tons of colors from recitals and stuff. i love it.

  2. on my wall i have boards to hold all my ribbons and metals from my competition as well as pictures, under the boards there are stick looking things to hold up stuff i have 4 pair of my pointe shoes hanging from each one

  3. I kept all my old ones for a while. My first couple of years on pointe I wrote with permanent pen on the inside the dates I used them and any performances i used them for and thought I would keep them forever.

But, after being on pointe for about 6 years they started to accumulate (and they were a bit smelly too).  I had around 35 pairs so I tossed anything that I couldn't wear anymore.

When you have had tons of them, they aren't as special anymore.

My grandmother had my first pair shellacked.    I think my mother has them somewhere.

  4. They are on my wall as well. I hang them us using little hooks and tie the ribbons in big bows and some I keep under by bed in a box and bring them out for old times sake

  5. they hang on the walls in my room!!

    its sentimental!!
