  3. I always eat like oatmeal with a piece of fruit. It's nutritious and it's filling.


  4. A piece of whole wheat toast with 1 TBS of peanut butter.  Maybe also a small piece of fruit or glass of juice.

  5. Oatmeal and yogurt  

  6. oatmeal with raisins and chopped walnuts will clean the chloresterol from your arteries while filling you up.

  7. 2 weetbix with milk and honey always does the trick for me.

    porridge is also quite filling (tastes good with cinnamon)
