Ok, they say breakfast is the most important meal of the day, but what should it consist of? I have no idea what to eat for breakfast. I tried almost everything, from chocolate to oatmeal, fruits and vegetables, but nothing makes me happy. Ok, I can eat a plum or cheese, but I am going to be hungry in an hour! And of course oatmeal is good, but eventually it makes you fat, and agree that it is sooo boring!!! I am also craving stuff like croissants in the morning, but I have a feeling that if I satisfy my desire every time it is not going to end well.
So, here is the question: "What should I eat for breakfast to make it healthy, tasty and full??". Suggestions welcome.
