  1. Zilch.

Models eat one slice of unbuttered brown toast and a piece of fruit or boiled egg.

I like cereal (not for breakfast) - weetabix minis, shredded wheat with soya milk. Just put in some fruit and it'll be healthy.

  2. I leave for work at 6 in the morning and I'm ashamed to say at that time of the morning I am in such a rush I never manage to have food (I'm normally running late). So for me breakfast tends to be a VERY Large mug of coffee.

Once in the office, I do manage a yoghurt either with banana, blueberries, raspberries and if I'm feeling really awake, I'll sometimes crumble a digestive biscuit on top.

  3. I sometimes eat bread, butter & honey. the next day is bread, cheese & walnut. bread, cheese & watermeloon. bread, butter, jam, some vegetables including cucumber, tomato, & so on. u can also try eating the food u ate last night

  4. The last thing I feel like doing is cooking first thing in the morning so I tend to eat cold cereal with fruit on it (like cheerios and bananas) or have some toast.

  5. How about you try the weetabix week? have 2 weetabix everyday for a week and put a different topping on each day! toppings like strawberry's and cream or bannana and honey work super well, just give it a go you may be surprised!

1Set out bowls containing the fillings, cheese, salsa and cilantro.

2Each person builds their own taco by placing the fillings of their choice in the center of the tortilla, and topping it with cheese, salsa and a little cilantro.

3Fold the taco and eat as is, or if you prefer, fold the filled tortilla and spread some butter on the top half of the folded tortilla and place under the broiler a few minutes to"crisp" the top a bit and melt the cheese inside.
