What do you eat in one day ?

this is what i eat ? but what do you eat in one day ? [ just curiuos to compare ]

morning :

Tea [ with milk ]

Afternoon :

Sandwich [ with cheese spread ]

Fruit bar

Evening :

Pasta [ with Italian chili sauce ]

apple , or maybe 4 squares if chocolate

please can you just put what you eat in one day a bit like how i have done mine :D

  1. morning=weetbix,milk   lunch=prawns    dinner=full meal                             after dinner=400gms salmon     proteinshake 3times per week (gym)  and tonnes of water, and a multivitamin,and berrocca,and creatine


  2. You need to eat more.

    And Im keep a food dairy.

    In one week, Ive went from this:

    Sunday 31st August

    Weetabix with milk & sugar w/Large bowl of strawberries

    Chicken salad sandwhich with butter made with 2 loafs of crusty brown bread.

    Fruit Jelly

    Tea.

    Pepsi max.

    Dairy chocolate bar.

    3 Coffee

    Melon fruit salad

    Jackpotato with beans

    5 ginger biscuits

    3 liquish & small packet of ultra voilets

    2 Small danish toast w/ sunflower spread

    to this:

    3rd September 2008

    BreakfastWeetabix w/ 1/2 grated apple,milk & 1tsp of honey

    Coffee w/1 sugar

    LunchPear,Nutrigrain Bar,Banana,Low fat yogurt.

    Snack1/2 can of peaches

    Coffee w/1 sugar

    Dinner: 3 vegetable samosas

    Now thats dieting ;) :)

    Morning:

    Yogurt, banana, fruit leather OR

    Bacon, egg, cheese croisant OR

    Powerbar, yogurt

    Afternoon:

    Greasy burger with fries or cheese curds OR

    Sub-type sandwich OR

    Sandwich with meat, cheese, & mayo OR

    Last night's leftovers

    Evening:

    Pork chops

    Meatloaf

    Spaghetti

    Pizza

    Chicken

    Brats/Hot dogs

    Usually sided with corn on the cob, pasta, or salad

    Breakfast:

    100% Whole Wheat Bagel

    1 cup 1% Cottage Cheese

    1 medium Orange

    Snack:

    1/2 Protein Bar

    Lunch:

    6 oz. Tuna Salad

    1 Whole Wheat Tortilla

    1/4 Sprouts & diced tomatoes

    Snack:

    1 cup 1% Cottage Cheese

    Dinner:

    6 oz. Grilled Chicken

    2 cups Mushroom, Zucchini & Onion saute w/ 2 oz. parmesan cheese

    Another typical day for me:

    Breakfast:

    Protein shake consisting of:

      1 cup Skim Milk

      1/2 cup Ice

      1 scoop Protein Powder

      1/2 cup frozen mixed berries

      1/2 banan, medium

    Snack:

    1/2 Protein Bar

    Lunch:

    6 oz. Turkey Burger

    1 1/2 oz. low fat swiss cheese

    1/2 cup Homemade Coleslaw

    1 cup Vegetable Soup

    Snack:

    2 oz. Soy Nuts

    Dinner:

    6 oz. Salmon

    2 Tbsp Mango Ginger Salsa

    1 Artichoke

    1 cup Wild Rice
