i am 25 weeks pregnant and i gained allot of weight with my first i was 100 pound at the start of pregnancy and i was 175 at the end i lost most of the weight and was at 147. well now i am doing it again and i don't want to blow up bigger then i was with my daughter. so i wanted to know from other mother what are healthy yet filling meals to eat for breakfast lunch and dinner? also what are healthy snacks i know fruit's but what are healthy GOOD snacks?

  1. eating does have something to do with weightgain but i hate to tell you, there is really no way to stop gaining weight . i ate cheeseburgers and fries my whole pregnancy and gained 35lbs but my friend ate eggwhites, grilled chicken and veggies and gained 80lbs! :(


  2. If I were you, I would get a trainer.

    This is where  someone comes to your house, and teachs you how to stay fit and stay healthy while being pregnant. My mom had a baby like 16 mo.s ago, and this is what she did. It helped alot and she looked great before and after giving birth.

    THis also keeps the baby fit and healthy.

  3. well you could eat yogurts for snacks. i was similar to you with my first child - i was 105 and at the end 170, then almost lost all the weight but got pregnant when my son was 7 months then i went back to 167lbs at the end - now my baby is 1yr and I weigh 115. I guess if you were naturally skinny, you'll go back. just enjoy eating all the good stuff right now that you can but if you want healthier foods, then just eat yogurts, crackers, tuna, veggies and fruits, chicken (not fried), peanuts, salads, fish ...

  4. eat things with a lot of fiber and drink a lot of water. I ate a fiber one bar (9grams of fiber) for breakfast daily, pb on wheat and snacks for lunch, then a healthy dinner and only gained 10-15 lbs.  I had plenty snacks (fruit, chips, pretty much whatever I wanted) but I think it was getting the whole grains, fiber, and water in there all day long personally.
