What do you expect from a hotel in Sri Lanka when you visit the country?

Dear friends i have to submitt a marketing plan for a leeding 5 star hotel in Sri Lanka, for one of my assingments. As you know that Sri Lanka is a country that treats the tourists hospitably and many tourists come to Sri Lanka to spend their vacation happily. Some tourist come hear to get special herbal treatment that are traditionaly comes from Sri Lanka.

Please tell me what do you expect from the 5 star hotels in this country when you come for a visit to Sri Lanka. Do you like to go on a good safary trip of do you like to go to a beach hotel. Do you like to exiperiance a herbal treatment.

Your ideas will help me lot to make a strong marketing plan for the hotel.
