What do you feed ducks?

my friend has two adults and two ducklings. they do stay outside in the backyard and can pick at bugs and grass. do they need anything else for the diet? thank you.

  1. I think you feed ducks a mixture of cracked corn and wheat.

    Exspecialy when ducklings.

    NO BREAD.

  3. you should feed the duck crackers, raw oat meal ,corn, bread and raman noodles. also give the duck plenty of water so it will be healthy and happy! GOD LOVES YOU!

  4. What the first answer said. They also like meal worms. I have had a male and female wild pair of ducks around my home for the past 2 months and I went to the feed store and got them the cracked wheat crushed corn some jumbo meal worms seeds. And the occasional sail that I find the female Love's to eat the snails. I found out that bread is not good for them

  5. You can feed them chicken lay pellets/crumble to supplement their diet. Bread is bad for them. There are several treats they can have, but lay crumble has everything they need.
