What do you feed your one year old?

I have a one year old daughter and she doesn't like to eat! What are some kid friendly healthy foods? Or can you pls give me a list of foods that your daughter/son eats throughout the day? Thanx

  1. Well my daughter is only 9 months but she eats anything and everything.. She's not picky at all.. Some of her favorites are

    Soup (This is her new favorite especially chunky chicken noodle)

    Carrots (Steamed)

    Broccoli (Steamed)

    Potatoes(mashed, baked)

    Oatmeal

    Cereal (Kix,Cherios,Rice krispies)

    Fruit bars

    Yogurt

    Just keep trying everything and anything (if your child doesnt have allergys) just letting her try new things will get her interested eventually in certain things.. Best of luck

  3. i asked this the other day my daughter does not seem to like much..i am not sure about how healthy you want it to be but she loves toast lightly buttered or lightly jellied she loves cheese its but i try not to give her to many of those my daughter would go crazy with out oranges..umm she usually just gets whatever we eat..she loves spaghetti.sorry i tried i need help with this also though!

  4. My daughter like tofu of all things. Yuck! It's worth a try. She also loved those little hot dogs in a can.  

  5. I have a 12 month old boy and this is what he typically eats in a day:

    Breakfast - 8AM

    6 oz formula (He hasnt switched over to whole milk yet)

    Yogurt

    Scrambled eggs w/toast

    Snack - Gerber Puffs

    Lunch - 12pm

    6 oz formula

    Mac n cheese

    Snack - Veggies

    Dinner - 4pm

    6 oz formula

    Chicken or Beef with veggies like cooked peas/green beans/carrots/mashed potatoes

    8pm- last 6 oz bottle
