  2. Hi, I got one yesterday actually when I had to go to my school to get my diploma (my graduation was on Sat.) It's basically nothing, you just get a circle sticker (not even that big) on the right side of your diploma that says "Board of Regents Endorsement" around the outer side, a picture of the state of NY and underneath in tiny print "advanced designation with honors." That was for my school, I don't know about yours though. Also on mine I have a national honor society sticker on the other side.
