What do you get out of dancing?

I like to dance hip hop, I take classes for it, but I want to know what do you actually get out of dancing?

  1. -fun

    -healthy

    -flexibility

    -endurance

    -confidence

    -showing off

    -new friends

    -and so much more


  2. No particular order but here's my list

    1. Confidence, dancers are meant to be seen!!

    2. Stress reliever

    3. Exercise

    4. Appreciation of music

    5. Friends

    6. It got me a several jobs, non -dance related. Relating dancing to real life helps (can't be scared to dance if they ask you to).

    7. Performing for my classes also got me a good grade.

  3. well lets see phydical activity one point good shape another one!artisty level up another one  lots of cute boys looking at you .... duh

  4. You get a lot out of it. It's a good physical activity. It helps build your confidence, and it's a way to make new friends.

    #2 you gain flexiblity that way you are less likely to get an injury

    #3 You can get connected(always helpful)

    #4 it could be helpful in the future

    #5 lastly you can always show off your moves!!!!!

    ps- if you dont see any reason for doing it and find yourself asking what do you get out of it then maybe it isn't the thing for you...sample some other ways to exercise and see if you like sports, yoga, etc. more than your dance class.
