What do you get someone who is turning 50?

would like to get him something nice.He throws a huge party every year and puts alot of money into it.He has done this for 13yrs. I need ideas for a great gift just to say thank you,Also combine a birthday gift

Since 50 years is such a huge milestone, you could get him something with an inscription.  Something that has the person's name and "2008 - 50 Years" or a personalized message engraved on it.

It really depends on the person. What does he like? You can get  him something personal or maybe a gift card to his favorite store.
