  1. BTW, you had best use a lot of water or what you will get will be in your face.  


  2. Muriatic acid is hydrochloric acid, HCl. When HCl, NaOH, and KOH are mixed in water, you will get some NaCl, KCl, and more water. There may be left over HCl, NaOH, and/or KOH depending on how much of each you add.

    2HCl + NaOH + KOH ----->  KCl + NaCl + 2H2O
