I already know to make a lot of money, but I want to learn how to invest and the best way to invest it. I would love to invest other peoples money for them too and make a little money from doing that? Also where would be the best place to go to school for this career and could I do it online?

  1. Do what Jim Puplava did. He started a web site.

    http://www.FinancialSense.com

I listen the the Financial Sense Broadcast almost every weekend and would NOT be without his wisdom over the years.

  2. The best way is studying to obtain your Certified Financial Planner.

You may find general information and an on line course at Kaplan.

  3. you would need a to take your series 7 test which allows you to become a stock broker a long with that you could take your series 66 and 63 which allows you to sell insurances... Your best bet is it to read books that help you with these tests and take a class on them. Then you have to take the tests which usually cost a couple hundred dollars pass or fail. If you fail you can take them again but you have to wait a month and repay.

  4. nobody with a degree from some online McCollege will ever convince an investor to trust them with their money.

and no school will really teach you HOW to invest.  you can study finance, and learn what the investment vehicles are and how each compare to one another, but they won't really be able to tell you how to maximize return and minimize risk - they'll just tell you that's what you need to figure out how to do on your own.

  5. Take finance, accounting and economic classes and you'll learn most of what you need to learn how to invest.

  6. Finance and courses in financial accounting help a lot if you want to learn to invest other peoples money.
