I do not know what MNC is but I live in a third world country and it is very liberal. It is just that the government owns every all of the very profitable industries of gets kick backs from American business for locating here. Yes I am a citizen of the United States of America, and I do vote and I do keep up with what is going on at home. I live here because I can not afford to live in my own country and eat and pay for my medications.
