  1. I think that we should add at the end   "about  which we are aware, but are currently trying to overcome."

It will annoy us because we may unconsciously think, that we ourselves are close to conquering that particular fault, so every body else  should be putting  in the same effort as we have done eg. bad driving, bad mouthing others etc.

  2. What bothers me most in others are the things I really work on NOT doing.  For example, I really try to be a 'sane' driver, so it bothers me when some jerk cuts me off in order to get to work 3 seconds faster.  So do I possess the flaw?  Yes, but I don't embrace the flaw!  It's the blatant disregard for what I believe is important that makes me mad.

  3. umm well, i guess that sometimes their are flaws and things about our self that make us angry that we cannot change,or maybe don't try hard enough to change, so we just learn to deal with, and when you are around people who also share the same flaws it makes you resent them, and  it takes getting angry at some one and being like i cant believe they did or said that, and when we start thinking about it more and more i sometimes realize oh, my goodness that is what i Act like .. I think we sometimes don't realize the things we resent most about people are things within ourselves that we could not change so we just forgot they were indeed flaws that we also have, so i agree strongly with the quote.

  4. I agree.  Most of us have a flaw or two that we really hate in ourselves.  They can be such a sore point that seeing those flaws in other people can cause a strong reaction.
