Broadwater is the quarter-mile long pipe that they want to put up in Long Island Sound, to supply energy for New York and Connecticut. It can reduce energy costs by up to 300$ per customer, but it may be a terrorist target, and an environmental hazard. Do you think that it's a good idea?

  1. It sounds like a good idea.  The terrorist target threat is an illusion.  There are so many other places for terrorist attacks.

  2. since this is the energy and reduces the cost i would personenly say go ahead for the idea, this idea will never go waist.......n never......abt the terrist.........we should take care ......of

  3. Young man it will have to go up, because we have a serious energy crisis. As far as being a terrorist target it is no more a target than anything else. I wouldn't worry about terrorism too much. Your friendly government Intelligence Community is spending ridiculous amounts of money to analyze even the p**p from everyone's butt, while we fall behind in space exploration and lose what little privacy and common sense behaviors that we had. Your question is valid and well placed. BTW, I thought Broadwater was the Monica Lewinsky scandal named after her hip size ;)!

  4. Don't know anything about it Broadwater (I live in Ca) but

anything that can reduce energy cost is a good idea as long as needed precautions are taken. As far as terrorist target, and/or an environmental hazard, isn't everything? As Americans, if we live in fear we are lost!
