What do you guys think of soccer and the US national team?

You're in the wrong section but I will answer because I actually do like soccer unlike a lot of people in this section.

Of course i support the US national team, it's my favorite soccer team in the world!  I love the World Cup.

I don't watch a ton of MLS but my team is DC United.

I actually prefer to watch EPL for pro soccer, Manchester United.

I'll watch the World Cup, but MLS is like pulling teeth for me.  Its just like arena football... its a very low level of play and everything is kind of goofy to get attention to improve attendance and ratings (like the team names and uniforms).  What appeals to me in the world cup (as an American Football fan) is all the different styles of play, the fanatical supports from around the world, and of course, the matter of National Pride... otherwise Soccer bores me to death.  I mean come on... the goal is like 30 feet wide, the ball is about a foot around and they score like 2 or 3 times a game.
