What do you guys think of the name Milena for a girl?

As one of the users aboved mentioned. Milania is way better. I don't even know how to pronounce this name :( but it looks alright. Miliania Rose would be gorgeous. Best of luck to your aunt.

I think it's very pretty. My best friend when I was younger had that name but it was spelled "Malena". I like that spelling better and Mal is a good nickname. But either way, it's still a great name.
