What do you guys think of the whole Brett Favre situation?

The Jets?! I just can't believe Brett Favre is playing for the freaking Jets! Do you think he should have stayed retired? Are you happy he is going to play again?

i am happy he is playing but i am very upset that he is playing for the jets i am still a packer fan but i cant stop him. green bay made a mistake.

I'm not happy about him playing. He should have stayed retired to protect his legacy. People now will not remember him for all his achievements. They will remember him for what's happened over the course of the last 5 months.

Yeah he should have stayed retired but I'm soooo glad it's finally over with!  I know I'll hear about it for months here in Wisconsin.

I'm a huge packers fan!

Of course, its disappointing seeing him play for another team.  But at the same time, he is a great quarterback and every time hes plays it's exciting to watch!  Since I live right near the Meadowlands, I'll definitely be able to watch him each week.

I don't think it's going to ruin his legacy if he plays for the jets.  Ten years from now, the focus of his career is not going to be about the 1 or 2 yrs he played for the Jets!  The media coverage of this situation have been over the top.

I like it he brings a lot to the ttable with the jets he definetly raises there value as a team and definetly makes them a contender in the AFC!

He retired at the top. He has all the records. Playing for the jets will only hurt him. I say he gets  2900 yards 21 tds and 12 ints.

I didn't want him to go there........I wanted to see him go to the Bucs or a pipe dream the Vikings........But hey at least one more year of watching # 4.......I"ll take it......i love watching him play.......most exciting QB in the league....

I'm happy for the Jets and him, but he should've just stayed retired. After a while, the whole I'm retiring then coming back scheme gets old, and green bay just simply got tired of it. Favre knew he didn't want to retire, so why did he? and green bay shouldn't just kick rodgers to the curb because favre is being tossy-turny with everyone.
