What do you guys think of this Gary Fisher bike for me???

Its the Zebrano. I go on some off road trails, but nothing too intense.

Are the components good? Im a little worried about the fork, is that a good one? I wish it were adjustable.

This is an aluminum bike. Aluminum will generally be stiffer and climb better, but after a day in the saddle you might feel more beat up than you would on a steel frame. If you're not looking to do a lot of long distance rides and/or you don't have a thing about steel, go for it. Also, in that link that you gave, it says that the fork IS adjustable, did you read it wrong? Overall, its a good bike. =)
