During my stay at San Jacinto College, I was fortunate enough to meet some really great people who played a huge role in developing my leadership skills (Jerrel Wade, Shelley Reinhart, Brook Zemel just to name a few). I am forever grateful for that, and would very much like to possibly welcome the next future Student Government President.

  1. I would take out the word "possibly" but everything else sounds fine.

    Good Luck

  2. As the first response suggests, the tail end needs work.

If the job is to greet everyone, one of whom might become the next president, say it differently.  ".... like to welcome the incoming students, one of whom (will? might?) be a future S.G.P."  (don't say "next future"... what is "next" is ALWAYS in the "future".  Use one or the other but never both, even though politicians do it a lot. They're wrong.)
